EU Agrees On 150-million Financial Aid For Tunisia

The European Union has agreed to give Tunisia 150 million euros to support the government’s efforts to undertake economic recovery, the EU commission and the Tunisian foreign ministry announced Wednesday.

A joint statement said the funds amounting to around $164.3 million “aims to support the efforts undertaken by the Tunisian government to promote the recovery of the economy” through “the improvement of the management of public…
