Amazon Acquires Globalstar for $11.57B to Boost Satellite Business

Amazon.com has announced its acquisition of Globalstar for $11.57 billion, a move aimed at strengthening its satellite business as it competes with Elon Musk’s Starlink. The acquisition includes Globalstar’s existing satellites, adding to Amazon’s burgeoning network of over 200.
