Negative perception of business climate in Tunisia, except among offshore companies

A panel discussion was held by the Tunisian Institute of Competitiveness and Quantitative Studies (ITCEQ) was held on February 17, 2026 under the theme “Business climate in Tunisia: new analytical tools and priority action levers.”

The event was devoted to presenting new instruments developed by the Institute to assess the business climate, notably an integrative model based on enterprise survey data and a Composite Business Climate Index, which makes it possible to assess Tunisia’s positioning at the international level.
