NEW DELHI: Ons Jabeur, the Tunisian tennis star, has announced her withdrawal from the upcoming U.S. Open, as confirmed by tournament organizers on Thursday. The 2022 finalist has been grappling with a series of injuries throughout the season, making this the latest setback in her career.
Earlier this month, Jabeur pulled out of the Citi Open due to a right shoulder injury.In June, she was compelled to retire during the quarter-finals of the Berlin Open.
